Language center Pygmalion offers a wide range of language courses. We organize courses for companies and private clients. You can study English, Italian, Russian, Latvian, French, Spanish, German and Swedish languages. Our language courses are available for adults and children from 6 years of age.
Our language courses are held in small groups or individually, with or without preliminary language knowledge.
General and business language courses are offered for all available languages. Companies choose our business language courses to improve their staff’s language capabilities as well as train their staff to use specific business language terminology.
Pygmalion language courses are run by experienced, qualified and friendly teachers. Our teaching techniques, learning materials and interactive training resources will help you to learn foreign language more effectively. We apply a method of interactive communications in fun-filled learning environment which allows our students to speak in foreign language starting from the very first lesson. At the same time, it helps students to learn languages more quickly and enables students to communicate freely.
You can take our free standardized online language test to find out your current language level in selected language courses before you start your course. You can find more detailed information about language knowledge levels here.
Our teachers will also test your language level to work out the best learning techniques which will suit your individual needs. We will create the most effective educational program for your personal and professional needs tailor made specially for you! All courses follow the guidelines of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Language lessons take place in the language center “Pygmalion training classes” in Riga, Z.A. Meierovica bulvāris 18. Language courses are also available online. The flexibility of online learning helps you to keep yourself on track and can save you time.
