Our Russian language courses are available for children and adults. Language courses are held in small groups or individually.
Private Russian language courses will best suit those who prefer one-on-one lessons with experienced teachers. These lessons give students the best opportunity to improve their speaking and grammar skills.
Our Russian language courses are also suitable for complete beginners who have no prior Russian language knowledge
Russian language lessons take place in the language center “Pygmalion training classes” in Riga, Z.A. Meierovica bulvāris 18. Russian language courses are also available online. The flexibility of online learning helps you to keep yourself on track and can save you time.

Russian Language is also one of the subjects of School educational program. Our teachers friendly approach to younger students can improve their language skills and help the kids to get better grades in school.
Even if you have a preliminary Russian language knowledge skill, our teachers will test your level. It allows us to work out the most effective and suitable educational program for your personal and professional needs.
Pygmalion Russian language courses are run by experienced, qualified and friendly teachers from Latvia. Our teaching techniques, learning materials and interactive training resources will help you to learn Russian more effectively. We apply a method of interactive communications in fun-filled learning environment which allows our students to speak Russian starting from the very first lesson. At the same time, it helps students to learn Russian quickly and enables them to communicate freely.
Russian language courses are implemented in accordance with teaching guidelines (CEFR) developed by the Council of Europe. Russian language courses for beginners consist of 60 academic hours. Russian language basics may take up to 4 months, it depends on the language course intensity.
At the end of the language course a final test is taken and the language center Pygmalion issues a Certificate of the Professional Development Program. Our students are encouraged to continue learning and improving their language skills.
