Practical and effective English language courses for adults online and on-site in Riga at all proficiency levels (A1-C1).
Courses suitable for beginners with no prior knowledge. We offer English language learning from the basics (Elementary) up to A2 level. The classes have a convenient schedule - available as evening group courses in Riga, weekend (Saturday) classes, as well as a convenient remote (Online) format.
The courses are suitable for those who already have basic knowledge and want to improve their speaking skills, vocabulary, and grammar for work, studies, and everyday communication. We offer standard, intensive, and super-intensive English language courses (up to 100 hours) for faster progress, IELTS exam preparation, as well as speaking clubs with native speakers.
Learning materials are provided for each course, with sets costing 20.00 - 50.00 EUR
Engaging English courses for children and teenagers. We develop communication skills and language understanding in a friendly and motivating environment. Our classes help improve school grades and prepare students for tests and exams. Classes are held in small groups (4-7 students) based on age and level, using interactive learning methods. Lessons take place after school.

Corporate language courses are delivered on-site (at your office or ours) as well as on online platforms. The program is tailored to the company’s needs and the employees’ level of language knowledge. Available at any level and any format.
From zero to understanding. You'll be able to talk about how your day went and ask simple questions.

The course is 120 academic hours in total, split into two parts (60 hours each):
English language courses are suitable for beginners, students, professionals, and anyone who wants to improve English skills for work, studies, or everyday communication. Both online English courses and in-person classes in Riga at Pērses Street 9/11 are available.
The price for online English courses is €112, while in-person English courses in Riga cost €131. Depending on the course intensity, the program can be completed in 1.5 to 3.5 months. Courses include speaking practice, grammar, and practical English use for different skill levels.
The language barrier is a psychological obstacle, most often caused by the fear of making mistakes. The most effective way to overcome it is regular practice in a safe environment.
We recommend joining English speaking clubs. These focus on live communication and discussions, helping you get used to thinking in English and naturally removing the speaking block.
If you miss or can't make it to an online class - don't worry! All online classes are recorded on the Zoom platform, so you can watch the recording at a time that suits you.
Yes, after successfully completing the course and passing the final test, you will receive a Pygmalion certificate indicating your English level (according to the CEFR scale A1-C1).
This certificate serves as official proof of your skills and can be added to your CV or LinkedIn profile to improve your competitiveness in the job market or submitted to educational institutions.
All receipts can be submitted to tax authorities for social tax refund

I have been taking Latvian from Pygmalion for the past few months, both remotely and in person. I fell behind in my first class, and was able to pick up a following class without any difficulties. The teachers are experienced and passionate about teaching. My classmates are a mixture of backgrounds, my current class being composed of both Russian and English speakers, the teacher speaking all three. The classes require serious homework and study - but I think it is well worth the effort. The cost of the class seems very reasonable to me, the location is good and classes are held at a variety of days, evenings, workdays and on weekends, both in person and remotely.
